Peachy Prints Photography Studio Policies

 

Full Terms and Conditions

Session Fees
 
Your session fee includes:
 
  • All pre-portrait consultation/conversations/research to collect information and ideas to make sure your shoot is as successful as possible.

  • The session fee is payable at the time of booking of your portrait session. Bookings will not be held if session fee continues to be unpaid.

  • The session fee pays for the time and talent of the photographer.

  • Your session fee does NOT include any prints, digital files or other products.

  • Post session image preparation work.

  • Sessions are set for around 1 hour, however these will often go over as your photographer may get too carried away at times so please allow up to 2 hours per shoot.

  • One In-Person Viewing Appointment around 1 hour in duration to select your favourite images. All decision makers must attend this appointment.

  • Session fees are non-refundable. However your session can be rescheduled as long as more than 48 hours notice is given.

  • Whilst the utmost care is taken in the studio to uphold client safety, Peachy Prints Photography will not be held responsible in the event of you and/or your family should they become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Peachy Prints Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury to you, your children, pets or your family members, or for any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

  • The Studio retains the rights to cancel or void any bookings at its sole discretion.

  • Your photographer will make every endeavour to capture beautiful images to the best of their ability. Please to assist in this, display patience with regard to children or pets. These two are sometimes the most difficult of subjects but please trust your photographer to work with them. They can pick up on loved one's frustration and stress and will more often than not act out. Please refrain from trying to assist your photographer with their work with family members, as although you have beautiful intentions it can result in eyelines being elsewhere in the images. We want this to be a fun enjoyable experience for all, so just relax and enjoy! 
     

Rescheduling your session:
 
  • In the instance of yourself or any family members being unwell it is advised that you contact the studio as soon as possible to reschedule your session. There is nothing worse than trying to battle through illness and put a smile on your face and we certainly don’t want that to be your lasting memories!

  • If your session is within 48 hours then please make sure to Phone your photographer and NOT send a message or text to reschedule. This is just to ensure that no messages are missed and then it becomes impossible to reschedule.

Your Viewing & Ordering Appointment:
 
  • Images from sessions will be viewed at an in-person viewing & ordering appointment. You will be asked to order your images at this appointment.

  • Included with your session fee is one in-person viewing & ordering appointment to select your favourite images. Please allow around 1-2 hours for this appointment.

  • Please make sure all decision makers are present at your viewing & ordering appointment, as additional ordering appointments incur a $50 retrieval and appointment fee.

  • Due to the nature of photographic products you will be required to pay for your order in full at your viewing & ordering appointment, unless you have arranged a payment plan. There are no refunds.

  • Once you have placed your order your image files will go into post-production. Please be sure to voice ALL concerns or any editing requests at the time of ordering. No changes can be made to your order once finalised.

  • Payments may be made in cash or via Bank Transfer or PayPal. A payment plan may be available subject to approval.

  • Digitals files are held for minimum 2 years. With the unreliable nature of technology no guarantee is given on digital files. Sadly sometimes technology fails us, Peachy Prints Photography does back up files and hold onto them but if files become damaged or corrupt beyond our control there is little we can do. This is why prints are so important.

  • Product orders will not be released to the client until all payments are finalised.

  • Understand that while your photographer does capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by her, the artist, for previewing. Each image is carefully selected and rendered to the artist’s standards. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete.

  • Re-touching will be performed to the artists desired outcome and is considered the final version. Artists will not perform any re-touching they feel does fit the image.

  • Once you place your order please allow 4 weeks for your products to be completed. Please note some orders may take longer. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.

  • The studio endeavours to keep all ordered images on file for a period of 1 year. Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days.

  • Payment plans may be available either in-house or through an agent. Please discuss this with the Studio. Conditions apply.

  • There is certainly no obligation to purchase products from your portrait session, although we hope that you will love your portraits so much that you will want to make a purchase.


Competitions & Offers – terms and conditions
 
  • Terms & Conditions: prize/competition winners, promotional or other offers (referred to as ‘Offers’)

  • One entry per person, unless specified that multiple entries are allowed.

  • Winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. The major prize winner will have 7 days to claim their prize or forfeit it to next runner up.

  • By entering our Facebook or website promotions, the entrant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook in anyway.

  • Offers can only be redeemed by persons over 18 years of age who have not redeemed any other Offers in the past 12 months.

  • Offer must be redeemed by contacting the Studio within 12 months of the prize draw date.

  • No photographic products are included in the Offer unless specifically mentioned in the promotional material. If products are included, there is no refunds on such products as no cost has been incurred by the prize winner for the goods.

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offers.

  • Offers are non-transferrable.

  • Offers are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used in a photo session together with any other Offers.

  • Offers cannot be used towards any existing orders.

  • Peachy Prints Photography retains the right to cancel or void any Offers at its sole discretion if the client is abusing their prize.

  • By entering and accepting the prize, Prize winners give the photographer full rights to use the images from prize winning sessions for promotional material.

  • By entering our competitions or promotions you agree to be contacted by the studio in the future either by email, text or phone call. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • All Studio Policies still apply.

 
Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
 
  • Purchased Vouchers & Studio Gift Vouchers

  • The portrait session must be booked prior to the expiry date.

  • Vouchers must not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.

  • Vouchers do not include photographic products unless specifically mentioned on the voucher.

  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.] unless specifically mentioned on the voucher.

  • Vouchers are non-transferrable.

  • Vouchers cannot be purchased or obtained or used to promote any other person or business.

  • All promotions and their resulting images are not for commercial use unless otherwise arranged prior to the photography session.

  • Failure to show to your portrait session without notice will result in forfeit/cancellation of the voucher and portrait session.

  • The Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

  • There is no obligation to purchase products beyond the voucher inclusions, voucher value or offer. However, we hope that you will love your images so much that you will want to purchase more products.

  • The viewing & ordering appointment is to be completed within 4 weeks of your portrait session to redeem your gift voucher.

  • Orders/purchases for products over and above the value of the voucher will be paid for in full at the viewing and ordering appointment and before products will be ordered by the studio.

  • Product turn around can be up to 4-6 weeks.

  • For vouchers with a dollar amount the client may purchase products beyond that dollar amount. Should they purchase products below the voucher dollar amount there will be no refund of any amount unspent.

  • General Studio Policies still apply.
